Choosing a phone
When it comes to phone plans their mostly all the same
Minutes and messaging, each is the best so they claim
If it's coverage you want then Verizon's your carrier
They've got towers everywhere, the more the merrier
When it comes to ringtones, videos and games
We recommend the Palm Treo, let us explain
It's not the smallest or latest thing on TV
It just has the biggest screen and most memory
It's more of a computer than a phone you learn
which means it can do anything you yearn
It doesn't cost more, in fact it costs less
especially when you put it to the content test
You see all the big companies are making millions
selling ringtones, games and video by the billions
and the carriers they get their share
keeping the prices high in the air
With the Treo you can transfer anything to your phone for free
does that make better sense to you? it does to me.
You still pay for the content and games galore
you don't pay for downloading it from your carriers store.
if this seems complicated we'll show you how
it's a step by step process let's begin right now.
Buying content
Content can be made of ringtones, videos and wallpapers
Your phone is customizable for any type of capers
The easiest way is to purchase it right here
Download it to your computer then enjoy it for years
It's very similar to downloading a bought MP3
Pay for the item and transfer it to your phone for free
To save it to your phone you'll need 1 of these
A USB Hot sync cable or an SD Card, whichever you please
All Treo's come with the USB Cable and software for you
But an SD expands the memory and is faster too.
The first step is to register with a TPZ account
This enables you to buy content through Pay Pal, any amount
Next, simply click and add items to your shopping cart
Your on your way and you've got a good start.
Audio Files and Types, What's All the Hype?
MP3 is for audio on the go
Music, Audio Books and even voice memos
Its a smaller version of the original file
Making it is easier to walk for miles
MMF is the format for most ringtones
These files can only play on your phone
We help you convert your MP3's to MMF's
Then send them to your phone ........
WAVs are the original files your computer rips to
They are very big and not much use to you.
Converting WAVs to MP3s is simple and easy.
Don't worry we're here, you won't get queasy.
.WMA is the Windows Media Audio Format
These files are small but not as portable and all that.
Apple has a format that can be a little tricky
Video Files and Styles
.3gp is the video format for most cell phones
now you can carry with you music videos and videos from home
The good news is they are easy to create and transfer
the downside is the phones storage space is lackluster
.WMV is the default Windows Video File type
It is decent quality and easy to use
Palm Treo plays these files, no quality will you lose.
.MOV is Apple's simple video format
it plays on Mac's, PC's and the internet
.MOV will not play on your phone though
for this we have a conversion tool, welcome to the show!

Content Transfer Methodology and Technology
There are many ways to get your great content to your phone
Some require 3rd parties some can be done on your own
To save you cash and valuable time
We recommend a phone with a USB line
On a typical phone over the air (OTA) is the only way
This can cost a lot and can be complicated some days
With a PDA/Phone you have more choices and they're free
USB cable and SD card are simple and effective for you and me
